We recommend that you return items using a Mail Registered post service with compensation coverage and obtain a certificate of posting for you records, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us.
If you have chosen to Pick-up from TITOS CHR Electronic Cigarettes shop, you can cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days, after the order confirmation date, by calling the shop you chose to pick-up your product. You can find all shops contact numbers, here.
If you have chosen to Pick-up from TITOS CHR Electronic Cigarettes shop, you can cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days, after the order confirmation date, by calling the shop you chose to pick-up your product.
If you have chosen the Home Delivery or the pick up from ACS office, you can cancel your order at any time before the product is handed to the delivery service.
After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.
